Minecraft plugin Server Redirect
Server Redirect is a cross platform Minecraft plugin, paired with a client mod, that lets a Minecraft server send players to another address without relying on a proxy layer. Instead of disconnecting and asking players to switch manually, the server transmits the destination and the mod reconnects seamlessly in the background.
Compatible with major server platforms such as Forge, Fabric, Bukkit, Sponge and common proxy stacks, it is ideal for lobby networks, fallback worlds or maintenance flows. We at BoxToPlay use it to offer smooth transitions between mini game hubs and survival worlds on any serveur Minecraft.
