Mutated Items transforms 16 iconic Minecraft items into hostile or unusual creatures, adding a surprising twist to survival. To trigger a mutation, throw a supported item through a Nether portal. Each passage has a 10% chance of creating its corresponding creature, making every attempt exciting and unpredictable.

These living items introduce fresh encounters, challenges, and playful collection opportunities without replacing the familiar Minecraft experience. You can also make a creature sit or reposition it by sneaking and right clicking. Compatible with Forge and NeoForge, the mod supports client and server play, making it a fun addition to a shared Minecraft server managed with BoxToPlay.
