Mob Filter is a server side Minecraft mod for Java Edition that lets administrators control which mobs may spawn. Its rule based system can completely block selected entities, including mobs added by other mods, or create safer areas where spawning is disabled.

Rules can combine entity IDs, mob categories, dimensions, biomes, time, weather, light levels, height, and other conditions. They are evaluated in order, allowing precise exceptions and themed gameplay. Fabric and NeoForge support make it practical for many setups, while players can join without installing it on their client.
