Sheath, visible swords for your Minecraft server

Sheath is a Bukkit plugin that adds a simple role playing feature to Minecraft servers. It lets players store their sword visually on their back instead of carrying it in their hand, giving characters a more immersive medieval appearance.

With a sword in hand, use /sheath to put it away. Use the command again with an empty hand to retrieve it. Players can also draw the weapon by interacting with a block while sneaking. The plugin supports all swords and includes the BoxToPlay server experience with automatic one click installation.

How to add Sheath to your Minecraft server
