Varo, also known as Vanilla Roleplay, is a Java plugin that turns a Minecraft server into a long form survival PvP event inspired by Varo 4. Players are placed in teams of two and sent into a randomly generated world, where they gather resources, prepare equipment, and confront rival teams.

The objective is simple: remain the last surviving team. The plugin includes a start command and messages modeled on Minecraft Varo 4, with tested support for Minecraft 1.8 through 1.10.
