Faster Random Minecraft Mod

Faster Random is a Java Edition optimization mod that replaces Minecraft’s standard random number generation with a significantly faster implementation while aiming to preserve near vanilla behavior. It also addresses certain vanilla random related bugs and can improve the efficiency of systems that rely on frequent random calls, including world generation and other background calculations.

Designed for Fabric, Quilt and NeoForge, it can run on a client, a server, or both. Because its random algorithm can affect terrain creation, this archived project is now intended only for pre existing Faster Random worlds. For a smoother Minecraft server experience, our BoxToPlay team recommends treating it as a specialized performance tool rather than a general purpose addition.
