IMGSender is a legacy Bukkit plugin for a Minecraft server that lets players display online images inside the chat, without client modifications. Its cache system helps reuse image data, while configurable rendering characters transform pictures into chat based visuals.
Through the /img command, permitted players can broadcast an image, add colored text, choose its size and style, or send it privately. The /img-item command can attach an image to an item’s lore. Permissions separate sending and receiving rights, making the feature suitable for announcements and community interactions. At BoxToPlay, we present it as a nostalgic option for legacy Bukkit servers, mainly targeting Minecraft 1.7.2 and 1.7.4.
